Direct Flame is made up of some of the best talent within the combustion industry in the commercial & domestic sector and has between 25 and 40 years' experience in the H.V.A.C. industry.

 

We have seen significant acquisition across the industry with the large companies getting bigger. We are very conscious in today’s fast growing combustion market and generally in the world, that too many companies are just simply "too big to care” and this will never be the case at Direct Flame.

 

We fully engage with all governing bodies (Gas Safe, Oftec, IGEM) to ensure Direct Flame recognise and meet all requirements of changes and adapt to this. Direct Flame meets the HVAC standard (SFG20) and manufactures recommendations. This is to ensure our clients remain compliant and more importantly having that “piece of mind” that their assets (people and property) are not exposed to any dangers of gas related items.

Our engineers are fully commercial and domestic qualified engineers with vast experience and knowledge of all heating systems. Our engineers always ensure full PPE is worn at all times and take into account ‘risk assessments’ which are carried out to ensure the area is hazard free. Direct Flame is fully supported by several well-established manufacturers (Nu-way, Worcester, Hoval, etc) and all installations come with manufacturers warranty which can be made to tailor our clients’ needs in the FM world.  

 

Direct Flame fully offers a wide range of services that include;

  • Full service and maintenance works on commercial and domestic boilers, water heaters (including LPG/Oil) carried out under SFG20 and manufacturers recommendations to ensure peace of mind compliance.

  • Offer full service and maintenance works on boiler associated plant i.e. pumps, valves, pipe works etc.

  • 24/7 call out service with response times of 1-4hrs.

  • All repairs undertaken and carried out under SFG20 and manufacturers recommendations.

  • Plumbing Service – install, repairs & upgrades.

  • Asset upgrades and new builds, power flushing, hot water cylinders.

  • Full commercial and domestic boiler installations, with full commissioning from either Direct Flame or manufacturer.

  • Compliance paper work – gas safety certs, combustion analyser readings, landlord's certs, service records and issuing full risk assessments and method statements and permits before any work commences.

  • Consult and audit assets, offering full FMR over 5 years with budget costs.

The above can be bespoke to the environment and culture of the clients’ needs. Direct Flame currently support contracts such as NHS, TfL, Mitie and have carried out a large number of service, repairs and installations successfully.
